Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your site. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our one-time setup fees and our recurring hosting. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Demos Are Free
Requesting and viewing a demo costs nothing and creates no obligation. You only pay once you accept a quote.
2. One-Time Setup Fee
- Before your site goes live: if you are not satisfied with your site, contact us and we will work to make it right. If we cannot, you may request a refund of your setup fee within fourteen (14) days of payment, less any work already delivered at your specific direction.
- After your site goes live: because the work has been completed and published, setup fees are generally non-refundable once your site is live, except as required by law.
3. Right to Cancel (Door-to-Door Sales)
If you purchased our Services in person at your place of business, you may have a legal right to cancel the sale within three (3) business days. To cancel, email support@aheadkitchen.com within that period and we will cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
4. Recurring Hosting
- Hosting is billed on a recurring basis as stated in your quote.
- You may cancel hosting at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period is not pro-rated or refunded unless required by law.
- If you cancel hosting, your site may be taken offline at the end of the paid period. Ask us if you would like an export of your content.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Email support@aheadkitchen.com from the contact on file, with your restaurant name and what you'd like to do. We aim to respond within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
6. Billing Questions & Chargebacks
If you see a charge you don't recognize or believe is in error, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Charges from us appear on your statement as [STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR].
